固定卷扬式启闭机可以在大、中、小型水库，河流以及水电工程项目中进行配套使用。固定卷扬式启闭机在使用时我们要注意以下情况：

winch hoists can be used as supporting devices in large, medium, and
small reservoirs, rivers, and hydropower projects. When using a fixed
winch hoist, we should pay attention to the following situations:
1.卷筒上的钢丝绳应该整齐排列，如果返现重叠的或型线 流水槽模具 景观石 检查井钢模具 保定通风管道 隔离墩模具 保定保洁公司者斜绕的钢丝绳，应立即停止机器并及时重新将钢丝绳理顺。严禁在转动的时候用手或者用脚来理顺钢丝绳。钢丝绳不可以全部放下来，我们要保证在工作时最少有三圈钢丝绳绕在卷筒上。

The steel wire ropes on the drum should be neatly arranged. If
overlapping or skewed steel wire ropes return, the machine should be
stopped immediately and the steel wire ropes should be straightened out
in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to use hands or feet to
straighten the steel wire rope during rotation. The steel wire rope
cannot be completely lowered. We need to ensure that there are at least
three turns of steel wire rope wrapped around the drum during operation.
2.固定卷扬式启闭机的钢丝绳不允许打结，扭绕。如果某段钢丝绳断线超过了10％，应立即更换，以防止事故发生。

The steel wire rope for fixing the winch hoist is not allowed to be
knotted or twisted. If a certain section of steel wire rope is broken by
more than 10%, it should be replaced immediately to prevent accidents
from occurring.
3.在固定卷扬式启闭机工作时，所有人不可以跨越钢丝绳。当固定卷扬式启闭机在工作时，操作人员必须要在旁边等待，不得远离机器。如果机器不需要工作，则应将闸门放置下来，使启闭机停止。
When
the fixed winch hoist is working, no one is allowed to cross the steel
wire rope. When the fixed winch hoist is working, the operator must wait
by the side and not stay away from the machine. If the machine does not
need to work, the gate should be placed down to stop the hoist.
4.在固定卷扬式启闭机工作时，操作员、信号员要和起吊闸门之间保持良好的可见度。操作员和信号员之间要保持密切配合，并要服从信号指挥。

When the fixed winch hoist is working, the operator, signalman, and
lifting gate should maintain good visibility. Operators and signalmen
should maintain close cooperation and obey signal commands.
